Welcome to Edoovi HMS, a hospital management software product operated by Edoovi Labs. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Edoovi HMS

Edoovi HMS is a comprehensive Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) developed and maintained by Edoovi Labs, registered at Near Ujjwal School, Vivekanand Nagar Sector No-04, Alwar, Rajasthan 301001, India. Our software helps hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities automate OPD, IPD, lab billing, pharmacy, and paperless prescription workflows.

2. Eligibility

Edoovi HMS is intended for use by licensed healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in India. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to operate a healthcare facility and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Free Trial

Edoovi HMS offers a 30-day free trial to all new registered facilities. The free trial provides full access to all features of the platform. After the trial period, you must contact our HMS Team to discuss pricing and subscription options. Continued use beyond the trial period without an active subscription may result in account suspension.

4. Refund Policy

Edoovi HMS operates a no-refund policy. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to thoroughly evaluate the platform during the 30-day free trial before making any payment commitment. Once a subscription payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Payment Gateway

All payments processed through Edoovi HMS are handled securely via Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway provider. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy. Edoovi Labs is not responsible for any payment processing errors that originate from the gateway provider.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Edoovi HMS integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp API, SMS Gateway, Firebase (Google), and Razorpay to deliver its features. By using our platform, you consent to the sharing of necessary data with these services as required for functionality. Each integration operates under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Data Ownership and Responsibility

All patient data, health records, and operational data entered into Edoovi HMS remain the property of the registered healthcare facility. Edoovi Labs acts as a data processor on behalf of the facility. It is the facility’s responsibility to ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable medical and data protection regulations in India.

8. Data Retention

Upon account termination, all data associated with the account will be automatically and permanently deleted after a 90-day data retention period. This period is provided to allow for data export and resolution of any outstanding matters. Edoovi Labs will not be liable for any data loss after this period.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Edoovi HMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Indian laws and healthcare regulations. You must not misuse the platform to store unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform’s operations. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

Edoovi Labs provides the HMS platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edoovi Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or system downtime.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Edoovi HMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alwar, Rajasthan, India.

Edoovi Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
